Code of Conduct (COC)

Myanmar Network Operators’ Group (MMNOG) is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants at our events, both in person and online. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for behavior and responsibilities of all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and organizers. By participating in MMNOG events, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.

Expected Behavior

MMNOG values the participation of every individual and aims to foster an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects these values by observing the following guidelines:

Unacceptable Behavior

To maintain a respectful and harassment-free environment, certain behaviors are strictly prohibited. The following list outlines actions that are considered unacceptable at MMNOG events:

Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to the event organizers immediately. Reports can be made in person, via email at event@mm-ix.net / mmnog@mmnog.net. All reports will be treated seriously and handled confidentially.

Consequences of Violations

Event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct. This may include issuing a warning, expelling the offender from the event without a refund, or involving appropriate authorities where necessary.
